Feel GREAT about the company you work for!Table Talk Pies offers great benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Life InsuranceCompany Paid Short Term DisabilityVacation, Personal/Sick time401k Plan with Company MatchHoliday PayTuition Reimbursement ProgramEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Growth OpportunitiesResponsibility:Responsible for plumbing needs and operations across all three TT production plants and one cold storage facility all located in the Worcester, MA area.Installs & repairs water pipes and makes necessary connections, maintains plumbing systems, repairs & replaces defective & leaky water & drainpipes.Repairs & replaces valves, faucets, sinks, bubblers, tanks, fixtures, replaces gaskets and washers.Opens clogged drains, attaches pipe assemblies to walls, assemble, bolts or solders valves, couplings, pipe sections and other parts.Connects plumbing fixtures to outlets and seals connections.Lays out the working details and does skilled work, involved in altering, installing, and repairing water & drainage systems, bathrooms, toilet equipment, heating, and ventilating plants.Wipes joints in lead pipes.Does steam fittings and pipe fitting work with steel, iron, brass, copper, and other types of pipes.Inspects & tests pipelines & plumbing.Repairs thermostatic controls on heating & ventilating systems.Performs other manual duties related to plumbing work & will work in conjunction with other trades and laborers as necessary.Properly coach and train new plumbers that come aboard on the company machineryProperly coach and train an assigned apprentice reporting to you and department managementRequirements:Possession of a Journeyman Plumbers License requiredValid driver's license, Class D requiredHigh School Diploma or Equivalent preferredThorough knowledge of standard practices, materials, tools, & techniques of the plumbing trade and all Federal, State and Municipal Building Codes.Good knowledge of elementary plumbing theory.Skill in the application of this knowledge and handling of the tools of the trade.Ability to work on plans, sketches, specifications & blueprints.Sufficient physical strength to do heavy lifting.Experience as a journeyman plumber.Has worked in the field for at least five years.Physical RequirementsThe incumbent is required to operate machines, devices, tools, etc., used for plumbing; and move throughout the facility.
