Job Description:
The Edinburg Center is looking for a BCBA Consultant for our
I/DD residential program.This role is part of the management team
and will work Monday - Friday 9am -5pm (no weekends required) Who
You Are:Experience conducting functional behavior assessments.
Experience in goal development and design of positive behavior
support plans. Experience with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other
related assessments preferred. Experience working with adults with
I/DD and ABI would be helpful. Excellent written and interpersonal
skills, team player. Valid driver's license and reliable
transportation required.What You Will Do:Conduct functional
behavior assessments and learning needs assessments.Design positive
behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized
behavioral goals.Implement, model and monitor progress of
individualized behavioral plans based on data analysis.Provide
training and supervision to Behavior Technicians.Train parents,
caregivers and BA level staff who implement plans on principles of
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Collaborate with team members.Who We
