can request a reasonable accommodation.Job PurposeThis role is a
key partner for CFO's Finance Transformation team and will be
responsible for helping develop and execute the vision of Global
Finance through Digital Transformation of the function. Role will
lead a multidisciplinary team of technologists, business/functional
analysts, process and product managers responsible for successfully
deploying, implementing or evolving digital tools and enhancing
capabilities using existing tools and systems. This role will also
drive the strategic roadmap for a digital finance transformation by
partnering closely with key stakeholders across the organization,
including Finance Transformation, Business Services, Treasury, Tax
and FP&A/Controllership Functions, among others.The Sr. IT
Director of Financial Systems will serve as the IT Lead for Finance
processes (working with the Enterprise finance process owners) and
playing a key role in Finance's transformation journey by evolving
our end to end Record to Report and Plan to Perform processes and
achieve the process vision and benefits (financial, efficiency,
regulatory, user experience). You will serve as the voice of the
customer and guide platform and development teams in building
software and digital capabilities with the highest business impact.
This leadership role will serve as a trusted partner, advisor and
thought leader to enterprise Finance stakeholders, providing
strategic recommendations on future technology and digital
capabilities in support of an efficient enterprise finance
function.Key Accountabilities
- Partner with CFO Transformation Team and Finance functions to
lead digital Finance Transformation projects involving strategy,
implementation, and optimization of the Finance function including
technology implementations
- Serve as a subject matter expert on related system capabilities
and emerging technologies that are yet to-be-acquired or that are
already implemented or offered in our existing systems
- Drive implementation of Finance technologies and systems to
simplify financial processes and simplify employee experience
- Partner with Finance Data Office and critical stakeholders to
identify and improve the data quality, reporting and analytics for
both Finance and business users.
- Partnering with Finance Enterprise Process/Product owners in
launching, maintaining and continuous improvement of key Finance
platforms and deploying new products/technologies that solve
frictions and realize business value
- Understand business and end-user needs; identify and prioritize
features to be delivered to meet those needs; Guide all stages of
delivery, including user story development, sprint planning, and
prioritization of the product backlog
- Manage multiple highly visible initiatives with minimal
oversight, through management of project scope, timeline,
deliverables, outcomes/benefits, and financials, with an eye on
issues, risks, and change management
- Drive and manage portfolio of Enterprise Core Systems IT

Need To Succeed
- Ability to lead/deliver large-scale transformation projects and
technology enabled finance initiatives
- Ability to balance concurrent activities across
cross-functional workstreams and work within the constructs of a
broader multi-phased program
- Enterprise Finance implementation experience involving
integration with multiple technologies
- Understanding of best practices in Finance processes including
Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Time & Expense, Record to Report,
Treasury, FP&A and Financial consolidations
- Proven leadership, relationship, communication, and
presentation skills
- Ability to convey confidence and professionalism, positively
influencing and persuading others to take a specific course of
actionQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Information
Technology related discipline; MBA or master's degree is
preferred
- 15+ years of experience in program management and process
improvement experience, specifically in Finance processes
- 10+ years' experience leading SAP/SAP Ecosystem platforms (SAP
ECC, S4 HANA, SAP MDG, SAP BPC, SAC, Blackline etc.)
- Leadership role in 3 or more end-to-end enterprise SAP/ERP
implementations with the ability to autonomously lead the
Enterprise Finance workstream
- Familiarity with broad scope of technologies supporting
enterprise Finance (Treasury, Tax and Other fit for purpose systems
such as FIS, Longview, Power plan etc.)
- Demonstrated track record of success in leading globally
distributed teams for at least for a period of 5 years and
comfortable working in a matrixed environment
- Experience/expertise on SDLC/Agile/DevOps/SAFE implementation
in large enterprise programsSkills and Competencies

professional.
