Description
Robert Half is searching for an experienced Accounting Clerk for an expanding company. This Accounting Clerk is a part time, add to staff position. Primary responsibilities would be handling accounts payable, matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, data entry and assisting in the month end process. Part Time Accounting Clerk would be 20 hours a week with a hybrid schedule.

Requirements - Experience with high volume data entry

• 
  Spreadsheet and ERP system experience recommended
  
  
• 
  AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred
  
  
• 
  Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
  
  
• 
  Purchase Orders experience
  
  
• 
  General ledger experience
  
  
• 
  Payable Invoices experience preferred
  
  
• 
  Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
  
  
• 
  Microsoft Excel experience
