Fidelity Investments, one of the largest asset managers globally, is seeking a Manager for Asset Management Risk in our Boston office. This role oversees the risk management strategy for assets, ensuring alignment with regulatory, industry, and corporate standards and objectives. The successful candidate will lead the development, evaluation, and execution of risk analysis models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt strategies to mitigate risks in an ever-evolving financial landscape. Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures for asset management. Analyze and report on potential risks affecting investment portfolios. Collaborate with other departments to integrate risk management with broader corporate strategies. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines. Lead, mentor, and build capabilities within the risk management team. Strong analytical and quantitative skills Proficient in risk assessment software Excellent communication and leadership abilities Deep understanding of financial markets and investment strategies Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Risk Manager (CRM) Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) – preferred
