Job Description:
This well-established firm is actively seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Venture Capital/Fund Formation practice. The chosen candidate will have prior law firm experience representing sponsors and investors in private investment funds and will also have experience with fund formation transactions, sponsor-level transactions, and secondary transactions involving limited partner and/or portfolio company interests. Candidates with experience representing high growth businesses in connection with financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters involving private investment funds will also be considered. Outstanding academic credentials, as well as excellent written, verbal and technical skills, are required. Exceptional prioritization and strong attention to detail are also required. Apply today!
