Overview:
Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides
quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a
-full-time -(37.5 hrs/wk) -Administrative Assistant -at our
Worcester site. -Beryl's House is 25-bed six-month residential
treatment program for women in recovery from substance use
disorder. Priority is given to women coming directly from a Section
35 referral source, pregnant women, women ages 18-22, and women
living with co-occurring disorders. -Beryl's House offers the
following supportive services: substance use disorder treatment,
mental health counseling, group therapy, domestic violence
counseling, health education, parenting skills development,
vocational training, and life skills training.

Responsibilities:
Serves as the point of contact for all referrals for residential
treatment and manages all referrals for the division. Completes and
updates admission and intake forms for referral sources.Ensures all
proper documentation, forms and information are received for each
admission.Completes the registration process for each client
including initial verification of insurance coverage, registration
into agencies EHR and enrollment into other state or agency wide
systems as needed.Demonstrates effective communication with staff,
peers, and other professionals.Enters any data that may be needed
for third party billing.Produces reports for program directors to
determine client enrollment and billing status.Supervises,
performs, and schedules essential front office functions as
needed.Performs routine REVS checks to verify continued insurance
coverage for all clients in the division. -Enters all data in a
timely manner.Demonstrates strong organizational and time
management skills to meet deadlines of multiple programs. -Performs
electronic EIM/ESM Enrollment, Intake, Disenrollment, and billing
through virtual gateway secondary to the division's clinical
directors.Respects diverse views and approaches demonstrates
Standards of Respect and contributes to creating and maintaining an
environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance
toward all employees, patients, and visitors. -Serves as the
liaison between referral resources and the CHL Residential Recovery
Services division and assists in creating an increased
census.Maintains a waitlist as needed.Follows all RRS Policies and
ProceduresTracks RRS employee training documents and maintains
employees training files with coordination from Program
Coordinators. -Assists Directors of Residential Recovery Services
with administrative tasks, as needed.Demonstrates strong Microsoft
Office and computer skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED/HiSet or Associate's.
Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience and/or training in general
office proceduresStrong verbal and written communication
skills.Exhibits strong organizational and time management
skills.Thorough knowledge of office systems, office management and
computer literacy including Microsoft Systems and Electronic Health
Records.Minimum of 1 year experience with substance abuse
population, preferred.Must be able to pass a CORI (Criminal
Offender Background Check) and a DCF/CPS (Department of Families
Adam Walsh/Child Protective Services background check)Community
