Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented candidate with
exceptional communication skills, technical savvy, and a passion
for excellence to join our fun, community-focused, dynamic,
energetic, collaborative real estate team that is growing! -The
Marketing Operations Manager's primary focus is to create and
manage marketing initiatives supporting lead generation, referrals,
reviews, and brand awareness for Kotlarz Group through both
traditional and new marketing mediums. This position will work
closely with our CEO, Sales Manager, Listing Managers, and Agents.

This is a full-time role. Candidate must be able to work a minimum
of 30 hours, Monday through Friday in an office environment located
in Bolton, MA, with some flexibility for working remotely. We offer

Responsibilities:
--- Develop an annual marketing business plan with the leadership
team.
--- Develop, deliver, and refine marketing initiatives designed to
maximize lead generation, referrals, and brand awareness supporting
KG growth. (e.g., social media, team database, events, direct mail,
and web).
--- Manage the company's digital presence, marketing materials, new
business presentations, and marketing campaigns to ensure
consistent, concise messaging and branding on all platforms.
--- Manage marketing calendar, prepare monthly social media and
other metrics reports, and maintain project initiatives tracker.
-Assess the effectiveness of activities and initiatives, make
recommendations to optimize performance, and present results.
--- Create compelling and valuable messaging and marketing content
for all communication platforms and mediums. -This would include
digital graphics and videos for team websites, team databases,
blogs, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, email,
texting, and hard copy marketing materials for postcards, flyers,
signs, brochures, and presentations.
--- Maintain team's online profile for Facebook, LinkedIn,
Instagram, YouTube, Zillow, KW, Realtor.com, team website, etc. to
improve the consumer experience.
--- Monitor Keller Williams website and other real estate social
media platforms for Industry trending news, best practices,
competitor marketing, and digital content and make recommendations
to leadership.
--- Coordinate and/or create advertising for community newspapers
and event sponsorship opportunities.
--- Event Management - Organize, promote, and host all team events
for clients, prospects, community activities, and seminars.
--- Develop and maintain Kotlarz Group branded promotional items -
business cards, note cards, banners, giveaways, etc.
Qualifications:
--- Strong learning-based and community-focused individual with a
desire to be part of a fun growing collaborative team.
--- 2 or more years of experience in marketing/brand
management.
--- Bachelor's degree preferred.
--- Real estate marketing experience is a plus, but not
required.
--- Strong graphic design and communication skills.
--- Extensive social media marketing experience (Facebook,
LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google, etc.).
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat,
Outlook, Google platforms, video editing and Canva.
--- Experience with client database applications.
--- Strong project management skills and ability to meet
deadlines.
--- Event planning experience is a plus.
--- Exceptional attention to detail.
--- Ability to prioritize and deliver objectives.
--- Takes initiative and works well independently.
