Key Responsibilities Diagnose/troubleshoot/repair/install residential HVAC/R systems to industry standards. Explain options/recommendations clearly to customers. Maintain stocked, organized service vehicle. Join meetings, training, and service updates. Qualifications 5 years residential HVAC/R experience (install/maintenance/service). Strong troubleshooting; read wiring diagrams/blueprints/schematics. Skilled in brazing, soldering, HVAC/R practices. Valid driver's license; clean record. EPA cert (required); refrigeration license (preferred). Professional, reliable, customer-focused.
