Job Description:
PSG Director, Digital & Analytics (The Boston Consulting Group,
Inc. - Boston, Massachusetts) - Direct the efforts of BCGs partner
services group (PSG), manage our Partner compensation and equity
(C&E) framework, and lead key processes to support related
financial decisions. Specific duties include: identify and
proactively surface opportunities to improve the design of the core
partner C&E model; lead the exploration of new opportunities
and areas where evolving business needs require new or revised
approaches in the core model; provide expert guidance to key
stakeholders on finance and HR topics related to PSG core
processes; collaborate with colleagues across finance and
accounting teams to assess implications of key decisions and work
with senior stakeholders to drive the change management and
implementation of any modifications to the model; lead the digital
& analytical efforts of PSG to revamp our processes and analysis
strategy; engage with senior BCG leaders and develop an approach to
defining and implementing a model for partner compensation tailored
to meet the needs of the new ABMs; oversee annual revenue credit
processes; expand knowledge and use of digital tools and resources
across PSG and finance teams; define target digital & analytics
skillset of managers with PSG leadership and assess current
capabilities of team members; and design successful learning tools
for team members to develop the defined target skillsets. Requires
a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business
Administration, Operations Research, Management or related field
(willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus six (6) years
of experience designing and executing management and strategy
projects within a management consulting setting, which must include
at least two (2) years of experience managing project teams.
Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience
requirements not applicable to this section) must possess the
following: (i) leveraging international worldwide capabilities and
expert network; (ii) utilizing design principles, models, and
best-in-class processes in support of business objectives for
finance, HR, and IT functions; (iii) defining and implementing
digital strategy and digital transformation projects; (iv)
designing and implementing efficiency and simplification programs;
(v) managing senior key stakeholder relationships; (vi) performing
mathematical and economical problem solving and applying analytical
skills to drive internal decisions; and (vii) using advanced
statistics, digital tools, and capabilities, including Alteryx,
tableau, and Matlab. Domestic/international travel required (up to
20%) based on company/client need. M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 45+
