As a Developmental Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our educational programs that are specifically designed to foster development in young children. Working within our supportive and collaborative environment, you will have the unique opportunity to impact lives at a crucial developmental stage and collaborate with families to promote the best outcomes for their children. Design and implement individualized educational and developmental programs for children based on assessed needs and in line with established guidelines. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support tailored to each child’s needs. Regularly monitor and report on each child’s progress, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness. Facilitate group sessions and workshops for children and families to promote developmental skills and knowledge sharing. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood development. Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education techniques Ability to design and implement creative and impactful development strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with parents and other educators Experience with assessment tools and techniques for young children Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred First Aid and CPR certifications
