Salary $80,000 - $105,000 per year

Based just outside the Greater Boston area are we are a full service engineering and manufacturing company that supplies to automotive and various other industries. We manage all of our customer's projects from conception all the way through to completion.

We are looking for an experienced Engineers to join our growing team. If you are Quality Engineer with at least 5 years of experience please read below to apply.

  Job Details
  
  • Responsible for leading product and process quality efforts throughout plant
  • Lead continuous improvement to ensure optimum levels of efficiency and performance
  • Manage efforts for new QMS system including implementation and ensuring compliant to ISO 9001 2015 standards.
  • Responsible for managing and leading QMS training for other internal staff
  • Utilize statistical software and other tools to conduct quality and performance analysis
  • Identify root cause and work with other staff to develop proper corrective actions
  • Communicate product quality issues directly with external customers and vendors
  • Document all NCRs, conduct gage R&R's as needed
  • Oversee other Quality Control team members
    Requirements
    
    • 5+ years of quality experience within manufacturing environment
    • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical discipline preferred
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
