that list. The Role Essilor is seeking a dynamic Engineer to fill
this experienced level role to work on innovative processes,
equipment, and materials at our Gentex Optics lab. This position
will report to the Senior Scientist and will have the opportunity
to work within a rich and diverse resource team collaborating with
others in R&D, Engineering, Operations, vendors, etc., located
in our Research and Development facility in Dudley, Massachusetts.
The Requirements To meet the basic qualification for this role, you
will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United
States for any employer. In addition, to be a good fit for the
Research and Development Engineer - Plastics opportunity, you will
have:
- A bachelor?s degree in an Engineering discipline; equivalent
combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu
of a degree
- Driven to complete projects on time using high-quality
standards and with a get-it-done discipline
- Ability to document process and experimental results with
proper lab notebook entries, technical memos, and
presentations
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional working
groups, skill levels and expertise in a global environment
- Demonstrate a spirit of innovation, a willingness to suggest
and the ability to support the implementation of modifications of
existing equipment and processes used in the innovation process A
