Job Description:
A company is looking for a VDOT Windows Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Microsoft Windows
Server/Desktop environment
Manage over 150 compute servers hosted in Azure and 250 Windows
desktops using Group Policy/Active Directory
Assist in maintaining, tuning, and hardening the Microsoft 365 E5
solution and manage the Rubrik Backup solution
Required Qualifications and Education
8-10 years of experience in a relevant field
In-depth knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Group
Policy
Experience with Azure IaaS is a plus
Experience in the tolling industry is required
Must be able to travel to Clifton Forge, VA once every 45-60 days
for staff meetings
