Contract, long term> Onsite or Hybrid

Clearance: Active DoD clearance a plus, but not required> You must be a US Citizen, NO Dual Citizenship

We're seeking a Hardware Engineer to support the transition of advanced electronics hardware from design into production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging design and manufacturing while ensuring the hardware meets environmental, reliability, and mission-critical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead design-to-production transitions for new hardware systems
Verify systems through requirements-based testing and validation
Conduct outgassing, thermal analysis, and derating assessments
Collaborate cross-functionally in an Agile engineering environment

Requirements:

BS or MS in Electrical, Systems, or Mechanical Engineering (or related)
5+ years' experience in hardware/system development
Strong understanding of reliability analysis methods
Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA or Confluence
Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability environments preferred
