Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer ready to step
into a technical leadership role-overseeing, mentoring, and guiding
a growing team. This is a strong growth opportunity with a company

company partners with leading defense and aerospace organizations
around the world. They are looking for a seasoned engineering
leader to take ownership of the mechanical engineering team, drive
hands-on development of high-value projects, and play a key role in
expanding the team as the business continues to scale. Description
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for: Lead the
day-to-day activities of the mechanical engineering team, setting
priorities and ensuring alignment with project goals. Review and
approve critical design documents, including CAD models, drawings,
and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Support the development of product
requirements and specifications, and contribute to overall project
planning and execution. Oversee prototype development, testing, and
validation to ensure designs meet performance and quality
standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams,
suppliers, and external partners throughout the product development
lifecycle. Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and
contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to both
technical and non-technical stakeholders. Profile The successful
Engineering Manager will have a background that follows: Bachelor's
degree in Mechanical Engineering 8 years of hands-on experience
developing mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, ideally for
commercial, aerospace, or defense applications. Proficient in 3D
CAD software such as Inventor, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD LT. Solid
understanding of materials, coatings, and mechanical testing
