Job Description Job Description Top Job Located in Milford, CT Salary: $23 - 28/hour Multiple clients have been asking for experienced CNC Machine Operators Pay Rates can vary from $23/hour - $28/hour PLUS based on your experience (Programmers have higher rates) Responsibilities may include: • Prepare, Operate and maintain multi-axis CNC equipment • Understand specs for the task at hand and the desired result using blueprints, mechanical drawings and specification sheets • Generate and maintain CNC programs for all items in specific product lines • Inspect product produced using many different measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, indicators, visual plates, etc. • Familiar with tight tolerances up to .0001 inch • Document inspection using PC software; generate inspection reports • Prepare raw materials for production in CNC machines • Improve the CNC process for better production results • Maintain machinery daily to ensure proper function for production • Maintain and understand daily production records • Maintain a clean work area for safety and efficiency Ability to bend, stretch, reach etc to properly unload and load parts Ability to safely lift 10-25 pounds Possess good eye site and dexterity Use of basic math skills - including decimals and fractions HS Diploma/GED CNC Operator experience required, CNC Certification a plus HOW TO APPLY: Email your current resume to jobs.sheltonct@expresspros.com or Complete your work history with our online application at www.expresspros.com/sheltonct Due to our growth, we are always accepting applications for top talent to join our clients now or in the future.
