Job Description Join a dynamic aerospace manufacturing facility as
a CNC Lathe Operator, specializing in HAAS, Sing Turning, and Index
C200 machines. Your role will involve maintaining, altering,
upgrading, and repairing CNC machinery while ensuring safety and
precision in operations. Responsibilities Safely perform tasks
related to maintaining, altering, upgrading, and repairing CNC
machinery. Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in
the work area. Use appropriate PPE, work practices, and controls to
minimize risk exposure. Perform preventative maintenance on
manufacturing equipment, including tasks such as changing oil,
belts, servicing filtration systems, and checking for damaged
components. Observe facility maintenance and repair needs,
notifying supervision of unresolved items. Troubleshoot
manufacturing equipment malfunctions, including electronic and
mechanical failures. Essential Skills Minimum 3 years of experience
in setting up CNC lathe machines. Strong mechanical, hydraulic,
pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with
CNC Indexx and Swiss Machines. Ability to use hand tools, power
tools, inspection equipment, and multimeter. Advocate for Health,
Safety, and Environmental (HSE) minded work and processes.
Self-motivated team member requiring minimal supervision.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous managerial or training

team operates across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring a
flexible and adaptive work schedule. Job Type & Location This is a
Permanent position based out of Windsor, CT. Pay and Benefits The
pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $83000.00/yr. Medical,
dental, vision 401 k merit increases Workplace Type This is a fully
