Job Description:
Brookhaven Hospice is looking for a Program Director to oversee
our Hospice Agencies in multiple locations around the Boston Metro
Area! The Hospice Program Director will provide overall leadership
for their hospice agency operations, with a focus on growth,
external market relationships, financial management, customer
service and quality care delivery.The Program Director is
responsible to administer and oversee all aspects of the day-to-day
operations consistent with established goals, objectives, policies,
and regulations of the company. The Program Director shall be
responsible for compliance with all regulations, laws, policies and
procedures applicable to hospice specifically and to
Medicare/Medicaid issues, when applicable. He/she will manage the
affairs of the local office(s) under the general direction of

supervisory management experience in direct health care service
delivery industry.* Healthcare professional with at least a
baccalaureate or associate degree, minimum of three (3) years of
experience in a health-related field within the past five (5)
years, knowledge and the ability to effectively administer the
Hospice and/or Home Health Service which shall include at least one
year of supervisory/administrative experience.* Previous Hospice
Leadership experience required* Operations and/or Sales Leadership
experience required* Multi-site Experience and/or start-up
experience strongly preferred* Demonstrated ability to develop and
maintain relationships in the communities served as well as within
