Job Description:
The Marketing Director will oversee strategy, planning, and
execution of Alpha Analytical's vertical product line initiatives
through combined traditional and digital marketing efforts
including webinars, technical training seminars and events, website
SEO/SEM, Hubspot email campaigns, blog posts, social media posts,
and much more. The position will collaborate with the VP of Sales
and Marketing as well as oversee and develop the Marketing
Coordinator, marketing interns, vendors and subcontractors.Primary
Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with subject matter experts
(SME's) to develop technical content and presentations on tight
timelines to be used as nationally broadcasted webinars and
on-demand technical training.Creation of new content in response to
federal and state environmental regulatory guidance and updates for
use in collateral materials, website pages, email campaigns and
social media.Management and oversight of brand consistency and
messaging across the enterprises (facilities, website, social
media, collateral materials, events, emails)Manage all aspects of
the email marketing program for the company and product lines,
including planning, copywriting, testing, and reporting of
analytics.Manage all aspects of social media marketing campaigns
and day-to-day activities including: Develop relevant content
topics to reach the company's target customers. Create, and manage
all published content (images, video and written). Experience with
LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook & Twitter. Provide incentive programs
and training to employees to increase engagement and reach on
social platforms.Run the webinar event program, managing the full
program lifecycle, including sourcing internal and external
speakers, managing registrations, all webinar promotions,
facilitating day-of webinar production, webinar results reporting,
and management of webinar recordings.Run the technical training
program, managing the full program lifecycle including sourcing
internal and external speakers, development of program goals and
objectives, development of speaker schedule, management and
communication with event venue, creation of all promotion materials
including promotional flyers & posters, emails, social media
postings, creation and posting of event landing page, day-of-event
management including processing of all registration and payments,
oversight of required professional development course credit
protocols, and all event follow-up.Create compelling,
conversion-focused product line specific landing pages for content,
webinars and events that drive qualified leads.Manage leads derived
directly from the website to determine conversion rates and
ROI.Implement learnings to continuously optimize events, email,
landing pages, SEO and social performance through Google Analytics
metrics and keyword data.Oversee and manage the content creation
and graphic design for product and service line sell sheets,
technical bulletins, company statements of qualifications,
PowerPoint presentations.Successfully manage targeted mailing lists
in Hubspot, including all bounce-backs, unsubscribes,
un-deliverables resulting from email campaigns.Manage the
production and use of all corporate identity materials and branded
merchandise. The major focus areas include: maintaining a directory
of corporate identity materials and branded merchandise, monitoring
inventory including receiving and reviewing all requests for
materials, and coordinating the production of new materials as
necessary.Management of all regional and national professional
associations and memberships including events and meeting calendar,
registration and opportunities for speaking engagements or
technical presentation.Management of all local and national trade
shows and conferences including exhibit strategy, registration(s),
all booth related logistics including shipments and deliveries,
hotel and travel reservations, event management, booth messaging
and design, event, communication strategy and business development
results and tracking.Collaborate with Human Resources on employee
communications projects, including the employee blog, customer
stories program, and incentive programs.Manage production of
educational videos, including developing scripts in collaboration
with content owners, coordinate videographers and Alpha
staff.Minimum Required Skills:Proficiency using the following:
Hubspot, Joomla, GoToWebinar, SalesforceAdvanced skills in
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop, Adobe
InDesign.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a high
degree of diplomacy.Strong creative ability and the keen eye for
design, brand consistency, visual communication, and
copywritingImpeccable organization skills and attention to detailA
track record of success managing large, complex projects for
multiple clients or divisions and comfort working under tight
