      Responsibilities
      • Communicates with various community Healthcare professionals on the Home Care needs of the residents in a Salmon community
      • Performs and oversees nursing duties including administering medications and performing treatments as ordered by physician
      • Select, oversee and provide necessary training for Private Duty Aides
      • Interview potential residents and families to determine service needs
        • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and psycho-social needs
        • Observe residents on a continuing basis to ensure services are at an appropriate level
        • Represents Salmon Home Care at community meetings and various activities
          Qualifications
          • A valid MA nursing license in good standing - RN or LPN
          • A minimum of 1 year experience in a home care or assisted living setting
          • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
          • Flexible and patient with client care
          • Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
            • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day
