Account Manager- Clinical Service Sales

Waters Corporation's Sales Organization is comprised of highly skilled, motivated and customer-focused professionals that serve as our customer's main point of contact. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as an integral part of the Americas Clinical Business Unit selling, renewing, and expanding service plan business to Waters customers. Responsibilities

    • Managing the entire service plan, upgrading the processes and establishing partnerships with customers
    • Maintaining and developing the existing customer base and identifying and developing new accounts
    • Formulating and successfully implementing business plans
    • Managing the plan product mix, upgrades and pricing to agreed targets
      • Using related systems, e.g. CRM, Quotation system, with a keen mind on improvements and upgrades.
      • Working in a team environment to drive service sales growth for the Americas Clinical Team
        • Fostering and developing relationships with customers to ensure understanding of their needs and develop a buying cycle
        • Negotiating service contracts while maximizing profits
        • Achieving team and individual performance goals as set forth by management.
        • Organizing and delivering succinct, pertinent team reports and business development initiative updates Qualifications Education:
          • Bachelors Degree in scientific area such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistryExperience:
            • 3+ years' experience in a technology organization performing sales/supportSkills:
                • Polished communication skills- telephone, verbal, email, etc.
                • Negotiation experience preferred
                • Experience with a CRM database
                • Intermediate level user of MS Office products, SAP, and SalesForce
                • Time management/prioritization skills
