For more information visit https://www.Openskycs.Org/careers/hirenow.HtmlDescription and Responsibilities:Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) is a Department of Mental Health (DMH) funded service that is designed to deliver evidence-based interventions within the context of a clinically focused model. Individuals served reside in the community, both in their own homes and in group living environments (GLEs).ACCS Teams are multidisciplinary, and include clinicians, substance abuse counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff. The Program Director will directly supervise the Lead Clinician, Outreach Team Leaders and GLE Program Coordinators, and will be responsible for implementation of this innovative model and oversight of the integrated team.Hire, supervise, mentor and evaluate Program Coordinators and Team Leaders.Ensure the timely and thorough Screening and Enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS within prescribed timelines.Work collaboratively with all members of the Integrated Team to ensure efficient and effective Adult Community Clinical Services which maximize the success and satisfaction of individuals served.Conduct comprehensive assessments with persons served, ensure implementation of treatment plans and clinical interventionsOversee the facilitation of the Quality Improvement Process and the development and implementation of Business Plans in collaboration with the Integrated Teams.Maintain and revise policy and procedures related to Adult Community Clinical Services.Develop and implement a strategic plan identifying specific evidence based practices/state of the art services and clinical goals and objectives for each division to enhance Adult Community Clinical Services.Oversee the collection, analysis and timely reporting and of rehabilitation billing.Work collaboratively with ACCS Leadership to analyze service outcomes, progress and efficiency data, satisfaction and other management information in order to modify and further improve service delivery.Participate in DMH Quality Improvement and Management activities as needed.In collaboration with ACCS Leadership, analyze Safeguard Monitoring data for trends and implement corrective actions as indicated.Collaborate with ACCS Leadership to ensure investigations and corrective actions are submitted according to timelines for all DMH Complaints and incidents.Qualifications:Master's degree and license required.Leadership skills, time-management, and effective verbal and written communication skills.Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.Proficiency with Windows computer environments, including office software such as Word and Outlook.About Us:At Open Sky Community Services, we open our doors, hearts, and minds to the belief that every individual, regardless of perceived limitations, deserves the chance to live a productive and fulfilling life.Open Sky is on an anti-racist journey, committed to learning, living, and breathing inclusion, opportunity, diversity, racial equity and justice for ALL.At Open Sky, you'll join over 1,100 compassionate and highly trained professionals who put innovative, evidence-based practices to work in ways that positively impact our communities across Central Massachusetts and beyond.As a trauma-informed organization, Open Sky strives for transparency and sensitivity to the experiences of those we interact with.
