Job Description:
QA Manager: Reporting to CTO -- Build test automation skills
necessary -- Develop, Lead, and manage the software product and
organization test strategy -- Work with support teams, engineers,
customers, and wider user community -- Incumbent will lead a team
of QA Engineers responsible for testing applications thoroughly to
ensure that the risk of promoting changes to production is
minimized -- Incumbent has authority to raise quality issues to
protect the production environment -- The incumbent will develop
test automation and regression strategies -- Excellent strategy and
team approach will directly determine the success of the QA
activities performed -- Incumbent is responsible for coordinating
and leading a test team for complex software product development
projects -- Manages the testing team, effort, services, and
releases for Software releases Projects (End-to-End) -- Develop an
effective Testing Plan/Strategy for the Organization and building
repeatable Quality processes -- Communicates QA Project Status as
directed -- Build Quality reporting and analytics for incorporation
into corporate management dashboard -- Hands on ability to execute
strategies as well as lead Desired experience includes: -- Must
have worked in positions which have site and product releases on a
frequent basis (at least one per month) -- Experience with
automation using tool such as Katalon, Appium, Selenium, or other
tools -- QA Resource Planning -- Manages QA Team Performance -- Bug
Management and Reporting -- Coordinates and collaborates with
Product and Dev partners
