Position Overview The primary responsibilities of the Director of Marketing and Communications are to effectively lead the external market positioning strategy of ICS (to increase customer base and grow sales), as well as lead the internal employee branding campaign (to attract and retain top talent in the workforce). The Marketing Director will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and can serve out of either our Endicott, NY or Auburn, MA offices. The Director of Marketing and Communications position is also eligible for a hybrid-remote arrangement if the candidate is located within one hour of an ICS office and is available to regularly commute to the office for meetings.

Primary Responsibilities Responsible for creating company marketing and brand strategy and implementing resulting positioning and messaging platforms (both internal and external) Responsible for identifying new marketing and branding channels and opportunities as well as assuring that the company is a fast follower of new ideas and trends Select and manage external suppliers to assure that deliverables are timely and fully support the company's initiatives Assure that company's brand and communications guidelines are up-to-date and enforced across all departments Approve and distribute marketing materials and communications through multiple digital marketing platforms Responsible for all broadcast client communication Responsible for all broadcast internal company-wide communications Manage research projects to support developing Industry Specific practice areas Analyze and report on the return on investment of marketing campaigns. Manage and further develop company websites and subpages Implement strategy across the company's social media pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube Manage public relations for the company through numerous media and communications outlets Act as spokesperson for high visibility communications, as necessary Event management: attend and represent ICS at local business events, trade shows, and other various prospecting events Ensure consistency of existing systems through creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for daily activities and projects Develop in-depth knowledge of the contract offerings and how they relate to customer's needs Review and approve the marketing expenditures Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Sales Team to facilitate marketing programs that drive revenue growth Desired Skills & Experience BA/BS, preferably in marketing, advertising, business management or related field 5 years of marketing or related experience 2 years of management experience Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements Thorough understanding of how customers in the small to medium business market require, search, compare, and consume our services Must have working understanding of revenue and lead analytics, data management, and ROI modeling Proven experience in customer and market research Highly skilled in project management: define work plans, manage project teams, and manage budgets Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills Skill in preparing written communications and materialsBenefits Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance 401k with match Generous paid leave policies Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability coverage Performance-based incentive compensation Career advancement opportunities PI177614137
