Job Description:

A global technology company located in Waltham, MA is active in their search for a Senior Revenue Manager, Accounting to add to their growing team. This Senior Revenue Manager, Accounting is responsible for the global accounting and reporting of revenue in accordance with U.S. GAAP. This Senior Revenue Manager, Accounting is a hands-on position that requires strong technical accounting and internal controls experience. The ideal candidate will have between 4-8 years of experience and strong ASC 606 exposure. CPA is a plus, but not required.

• Please note - this position can be 100% remote as long as they are on the east coast (person does not have to be local to MA). The leveling of the position will depend on experience.Responsibilities
  • Lead in managing revenue recognition (ASC 606)
  • Support various areas of revenue operations including gross-to-net, variance analysis, and billing
  • Work closely with the Sales team and analyze new contracts
  • Assist with other technical accounting areas
  • Additional ad hoc projects with Controller and Director of Technical Accounting as neededQualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
    • 4-8 years of experience
    • CPA and/or public accounting experience are highly preferred, but not required
    • Knowledge of ASC 606 and GAAP
    • Detail oriented with strong communication skills Compensation:
      • $150,000 - $175,000 base salary
