Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Director / Vice President of Marketing & Demand Generation will lead all marketing, branding and demand generation strategy and activity of ICS. The position will also oversee all internal and external communications. The right candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven track record leading strategy and execution across a broad set of channels (focusing on digital) that directly drive business impact. This is a fully remote position, although it is preferable if the candidate is based out of the Northeast U.S. to be available to attend occasional in-person meetings.

Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing, branding and demand generation strategy for ICS and its various business segments.
Develop digital marketing strategy and tactical execution plan with focus on lead generation activities including, but not limited to, email marketing, SEM, SEO, social media, display and programmatic.
Introduce, evaluate, and pilot efforts in new channels to attract and convert clients. Define and drive KPIs (click through rate, conversion rate, time to convert, cost per lead, leads per channel, LTV/CAC, etc.)
Establish data collection and attribute leads to track channel performance, making tactical decisions within channels and advocating for increased investment in productive channels.
Design and run tests to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
With a keen eye to growing revenue, design and lead customer acquisition efforts leveraging all B2B marketing channels.
Drive targeted demand efforts for each of our sales segments (SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise).
Be accountable for new client wins, not just leads. Partner with sales team by delivering high potential opportunities.
Build and lead a small, but growing team of marketing professionals.
Select and manage all external vendors and outsourced partners related to: public relations, communications, digital marketing, website and graphic design (as needed).
Responsible for maintaining strong digital brand through the company website and various social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Oversee successful execution of various in-person or online customer prospecting events.
Develop customer-facing content and collateral for the use of website, marketing campaigns, and customer presentations.
Responsible for overall marketing budgeting and tracking/optimizing return on investment of individual campaigns and overall marketing spend.
Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Sales Team to facilitate marketing programs that drive revenue growth.

Desired Skills & Experience

BA/BS, preferably in marketing, advertising, business management or related field
4-10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a focus on digital marketing
2+ years of management experience leading a team of 2 or more contributors
Self-starter with ability to drive meaningful growth / improvements, with appropriate collaboration and communication across a lean organization
Experience using leading marketing platforms including CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.), email marketing (Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.) and Digital Marketing and Analytics tools (SEMrush SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Experience in developing and executing a holistic marketing strategy across multiple channels
Must have hands on experience utilizing data to forecast and track performance of marketing campaigns including sales pipeline, conversion metrics, ROI, customer acquisition cost, etc.
Highly skilled in project management: define work plans, manage project teams, and manage budgets
Highly proficient in Powerpoint for development of customer-facing presentations
Comfortable utilizing Excel to model marketing forecasts, budgets and ROI/ROAS analysis
Skilled in preparing written communications materials
