This position will manage major and minor construction projects from the conceptual phase through permitting and construction. Work with internal and external parties to develop work scope, budget, and schedule. Coordinate with outside consultants, contractors, equipment vendors, permitting agencies, and utility companies throughout the duration of the projects.Project types may include but are not limited to:

• Complete convenience store, car wash and gas station construction
• Underground storage tank systems
• Fuel dispenser replacements
• Building renovations
• Site improvements
• Image upgradesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Review and interpret site and building plan sets drafted by architects and engineering consultants
  • Work closely with consultants to navigate all local state and federal permitting requirements
  • Responsible for meeting established project schedules and budgets
  • Procure owner supplied equipment from established vendors
  • Responsible for project oversight to ensure contractor work conforms with project plans and specifications.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
    • 5+ years in retail petroleum construction management preferred
    • Associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred
    • Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, other project management software
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
