Engineering Manager/Senior Chemical Engineer/Senior Process Engineer/Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Chemical Manufacturing/Production Engineer/Chemical Engineering/Material Manufacturing/Plastic Engineering/Manufacturing As an Engineering Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Evaluate and identify opportunities for process optimization and process improvements
Maintain and keep necessary documentation, budgets, and -SOP's
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for all local, federal, and company requirements/standards
Work cross-functionally with other departments for improvements, projects, and safety
Provide leadership regarding implementation of capital projects and manage capital projects
Foster and promote a strong safety cultureJob Code: 2/15infoAN#LI-AN1Job RequirementsAs an Engineering Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in a process/production role out of chemical manufacturing
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
