Job Description:

Milford Federal is looking for a Commercial Credit Manager to support the SVP of our growing Commercial Department
The primary function will be to analyze and manage diversified types of commercial loans, prepare credit reports and maintain credit requirements of current accounts.
Other key aspects of the position require:

• The ability to evaluate the credit worthiness of businesses and develop comprehensive financial profiles.
  
• Providing financial statement analysis to examine historical and projected liquidity.
  
• Monthly reporting to the Board of Directors and senior executives.
  
• Providing oversight to direct reports.
  
• Providing oversight and direction for compliance.
  
• Monitoring the annual review process.
  
• Managing all loan policy updates and recommendations on an annual basis.
  
• Maintaining and completing quality control assessments of files, preparing for annual audits.
  
• Acting as a liaison for other internal departments.
  
• Primary contact for all department audit related tasks and oversight.
  
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, AML, OFAC and USA PATRIOT Act.
