Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a -full-time -(37.5 hrs/wk) Project Manager II in Worcester.

Community Healthlink, Inc. is a multi-service, private, non-profit organization committed to promoting, maintaining and restoring the dignity, well-being and mental health of individuals and families in Central Massachusetts.

Seeking a Project Manager -with excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills and ease in relating to a wide variety of individuals. -
Must have the ability to convey passion for our mission of helping people who are dealing with mental illness, addiction, and or homelessness. Designs and implements institutional quality systems and measures progress to ensure sustained outcomes and continuous quality improvement. - Is knowledgeable about the IT systems used at CHL so data can be retrieved to guide, inform and support quality management.
Responsibilities

Essential


  • Able to independently manage assigned projects from initiation, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing stages.
  • Able to conduct business analysis on different projects across the agency.
  • Able to read, understand and collaborate on budgets, and other financial documents.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Collects and analyzes project or program metrics.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
  • Helps track and document completion of work plan activities.
  • Manages projects according to plan. Measures and raises concerns or risks as appropriate with limited supervision.
  • Collects data and preforms analysis to assist in preparing portfolio, program, or project progress reports.
  • Crafts, reviews with appropriate stakeholders, and delivers desired/required communications for projects with limited supervision.
  • Identifies and participates in quality improvement projects/activities.
  • Engages in all necessary training that is related to job performance.
  • Monitors and tracks project budgets.
  • Able to facilitate meetings effectively.
  • Able to lead and collaborate with various teams/committees with limited supervision.

      Qualifications

      • 3 years of Project Management experience.
      • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with concentration in Project Management, Health Care Administration. Preferred: Project Management focus.
      • Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
      • Must have or be willing to work towards a project management professional certification upon hire.
