Job TitleGlobal S&OP Demand Planning ManagerAs the Global S&OP Demand Planning Manager, you will have global responsibility for the commercial demand S&OP process, systems, and roadmap. You, in collaboration with operations, supply chain, and finance partners, will support the development and execution of the corporate SiOP process. Critical success factors include leading continuous improvement efforts, timely execution of the standard forecast cadence for hand off to supply planning, establishing key forecast metrics and providing insightful forecast and business analytics.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders, defines SAP structure for commercial forecast process and supports change management, functional training, and documentation.
  • Act as functional demand forecast business owner, overseeing the long-range system and process roadmap, aligned with required functionality based upon ROI and business need including system integrations with SAP S4 and non-SAP applications such as Salesforce, MDM, and data warehouse. -
  • Oversee monthly revenue and long range unconstrained RCCP forecasting. -
  • Key liaison with Commercial Account Managers, Marketing, and the Commercial leadership for process orchestration, including related analytics required to deliver the final commercial consensus demand plan.
  • Develop framework for and delivers S&OP analytics to the business to provide insights and recommendations around opportunities and risks.
  • Support team S&OP reviews including cycle to cycle forecast variation and gaps to the financial plan, ensuring commercial recovery activities are triggered and cross functional forecast reporting and analytics for finance, operations planning, supply chain and Executive leadership.
  • Partner with operations and supply chain to understand critical process and supply bottlenecks, new capacity ramp plans and the global capacity footprint in support of strategic operations initiatives. This may necessitate what-if demand scenarios as well as ad-hoc demand forecast exercises or demand prioritization to resolve demand/supply conflicts.Job Requirements:Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or Finance.
    • 8+ years of experience with 5+ years of demand planning/integrated business planning (IBP) expertise. -
    • SAP IBP or equivalent automated planning tool experience.
    • APICS certification desired.
    • Six Sigma certification desired.
    • Global experience desired.Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
      • Detail oriented Proficient with enterprise systems: ERP; MRP; Demand planning (SAP IBP or similar).
      • Experience defining and administering global S&OP process & systems.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft office Suite, including Power Point.
      • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
      • Strong research, data analysis and problem visualization skills. -
      • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. -
      • Experience with advanced data analytical tools, such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent.
      • Ability to plan within a complex multi-site, build to order manufacturing environment.
      • Change management experience and the ability to lead through and implement changes in a rapid growth environment.
      • Influential with the ability to work across a large and culturally diverse organization.#LI-CR1Target Hiring RangeAnnual Salary: $107,315.00 - $147,558.00 Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
