Job Description
As the Senior Manager, IBD Omnichannel Analytics you will leverage
your skills in data analytics and storytelling to "connect the
dots" and produce insightful, clear, creative, actionable and
improving deliverables to the Sales and Marketing teams and other
partners across the IBD franchise.
In this role, you will communicate requirements for ad hoc
requests, developing project plans, and coordinating and preparing
analysis that will be incorporated directly into the ongoing
reporting, sales force effectiveness, special projects, annual
brand planning, and other important Sales and Marketing decision
processes.
Lead/co-lead workstreams related to Promotional/Marketing Mixed
Model, Matched Market analyses, Media/Ad Effectiveness Measurement,
Next Best Action model management, QBRs, etc., and surface new
methodologies and approaches to Omnichannel analytics for the team
to consider.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
--- Leverage skills in data analytics and storytelling to "connect
the dots" and produce insightful, clear, creative, actionable and
continuously improving deliverables to the Sales and Marketing
teams and other partners across the IBD franchise.
--- Responsible for communicating requirements for ad hoc requests,
developing project plans, and coordinating and preparing analysis
that will be incorporated directly into the ongoing reporting,
sales force effectiveness, special projects, annual brand planning,
and other important Sales and Marketing decision processes.
--- Lead/co-lead workstreams related to Promotional/Marketing Mixed
Model, Matched Market analyses, Media/Ad Effectiveness Measurement,

methodologies and approaches to Omnichannel analytics for the team
to consider.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
--- BA or BS in a relevant analytical field such as statistics,
marketing, marketing analytics, market research, etc. and 6+ years
quantitative analytical experience
--- MBA with a focus on healthcare or Masters in marketing/data
analytics preferred
--- Experience in the Autoimmune/IBD space preferred
--- Complete understanding and application of quantitative
principles, concepts, practices, and standards surrounding the use
and manipulation of secondary market data sources.
--- Knowledge of coding techniques in SAS and SQL, (Or Python, R,
VBA, or similar languages), comfort with automation of
reporting
--- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview or similar
platforms preferred, willingness to learn require
--- Experience with vendor management required
Skills:
--- Data Knowledge - Familiar with patient level claims, HCP, Sales
and Marketing data, with a deep understanding of the types of
analysis and insights that can be drawn from this data.
--- Communication - ability to communicate ideas and data both
verbally and effectively in a presentation, in a persuasive,
organized and appropriate manner.
--- Analytical - ability to analyze relevant data sources and
understand how to use this information to drive projects that will
impact the business.
--- Management - ability to set priorities and meet specific
deadlines in a changing environment, ability to be flexible,
accommodating, and to deal with change effectively and align with
business goals. Able to empower others by delegating assignments
and clarifying expectations.
--- Storytelling - communicate a story to stakeholders using data
to connect-the-dots and uncover the why behind the what.
--- Relationship Building - build trust with high-level
management/cross-functional Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
--- Teamwork - work effectively in and foster a team
environment.
--- Entrepreneurial - ability and desire to take ownership over
activities and projects, desire to shape the organization,

Base Salary Range: $130,200 to $186,000, based on candidate
professional experience level. Employees may also be eligible for
Short-term and Long-Term Incentive benefits as well. Employees are
eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance,
401(k), Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days &
Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program and Paid Volunteer Time
Off. The final salary offered for this position may take into
account a number of factors including, but not limited to,
location, skills, education, and experience.
