Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transition Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead transition activities for a large IT program supporting the
National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
Define and manage steps for effective transitions of new
capabilities
Support proposals, drive process improvements, and identify
technical solutions
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, or additional
years of experience in lieu of a degree
Active TS clearance, with the ability to obtain SCI with Polygraph
post-hire
Significant experience leading IT programs and processes with a
focus on continuous improvement
Understanding of agile organizational structures and roles
Experience transitioning systems, supporting proposals, and driving
solutions
