Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and people-oriented Real Estate Training and Development Manager to lead our agent training programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives on metrics and data, loves building efficient systems, and enjoys working closely with people to help them achieve their goals. This role is crucial in expanding our team from 2 to 10 successful agents by providing exceptional training, support, and accountability measures.--This person will be responsible for the 1 to 1 coaching and training for each of our agents, both new and established, providing continuous support individually, in group settings, and providing unique pathways for each person to hit their goals.--Further, this person will provide comprehensive reporting to the leadership team, seeking input on how to guide the success of each person they are responsible for.

Responsibilities:
--- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to both new and experienced real estate agents.
--- Utilize metrics and data analysis to assess training needs and monitor agent performance.
--- Establish a culture of high accountability, ensuring agents meet and exceed established productivity and performance goals.
--- Design and maintain efficient systems for tracking agent progress, lead generation, and sales outcomes.
--- Provide continuous, structured, and encouraging feedback to agents, fostering a supportive and motivating work environment.
--- Coordinate with senior management to align training activities with overall business strategies and goals.
--- Facilitate regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars aimed at skill enhancement and professional growth.
--- Implement innovative training techniques and tools to enhance learning and retention among agents.

Qualifications:
--- Proven experience in coaching, training and/or development, ideally within real estate.
--- Strong analytical skills with a passion for metrics and data-driven decision-making.
--- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; able to inspire and engage team members.
--- Experience in designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
--- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
--- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with real estate-specific tools is a plus.
--- Must be available to work on site in Auburn, MA Monday-Friday with occasional events outside of these hours.
--- Must be willing to accompany agents on sales calls as needed, which may be several times per week.
--- Must either have a real estate license, or be willing to get one (company sponsored).
--- Must have own reliable transportation, cell phone, and laptop.
