Job Description:
A company is looking for a Producer/Training Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, plan, manage, execute and close out trainings in support of
the client's mission
Monitor performance to ensure project tasks are completed on time,
on budget and within scope
Capture and distribute event findings, including outcomes,
decisions, and action items to inform future sessions
Required Qualifications:
7+ years relevant experience in a consulting-type organization
focused on enterprise transformation initiatives
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
Proven event planning & logistics experience to lead the
organization and execution of virtual trainings
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
PMP Certification
