Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain AML/BSA compliance programs and policies
Manage escalated complaint resolution and issue management
Stay updated on AML/BSA laws, regulations, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AML/BSA compliance management within the financial services industry
Experience in issue management, investigation, remediation, and reporting
Advanced degree or professional certification preferred (e.g., CAMS, CFE, CRCM)
Experience in a fast-paced FinTech environment and familiarity with FinTech/Bank partnership model
