Key Responsibilities
Implement and review the compensation program, conduct salary
surveys, and manage the performance review process
Oversee employee relations issues and manage recruitment efforts
for various worker types
Develop and maintain HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and
create strategic workforce initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience; master's degree
preferred
10+ years of related experience
SHRM/PHR certification
Ability to analyze and interpret financial and legal documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
