Innovative Autism Connections is seeking bilingual staff who speak the following languages: English and Vietnamese ABA Behavior Technicians/Therapists (BTs) Innovative Autism Connections, LLC is currently recruiting part-time ABA Behavior Technicians/Therapists to provide one-to-one in-home ABA treatment services to children ages 0-22, diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or a related developmental disability. Applicants must be dedicated, reliable, and enthusiastic. Applicants with or completing a bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, education, and/or a related field are encouraged to apply. Applicants must have reliable transportation. ABA treatment sessions are typically held between 2:00pm and 8:00pm, Monday through Friday, as well as throughout the day on the weekends. Additionally, there may be some daytime ABA treatment sessions available to work during the week. Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 8 hours per week, as well as must be willing to make a minimum of a six-month commitment to working on each clients case. The total number of ABA treatment session hours available on each individual clients case varies. Clients typically use 10 to 20 direct ABA BT treatment hours per week. It is strongly encouraged that any individual interested in applying for a part-time ABA BT position be willing and able to make a minimum of a six-month commitment to working with an IAC client. IACs one-to-one ABA Behavior Technicians/Therapists (BTS) will be directly supervised by a Behavior Analyst Clinician, and will work as an essential collaborative team member in order to provide our clients with most optimal level of care. The hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour and is based upon each applicants level of experience and education. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited university. OR High School Diploma, as well as must have completed 60-hours of college coursework from an accredited university and have 6-months of experience providing ABA treatment services. PREFERRED: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech and Language Treatment Services, Hearing Services, or another related field of study. Experience working with children ages 0-21 providing one-to-one ABA based treatment services; experience implementing the principles, methods, and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); and/or Educational, Speech, or Allied Mental Health Treatment Services experience.
