Must be a Licensed Mental Health Clinician - LMHC, LICSW, LMFT

We are looking for outpatient mental health therapists with strong clinical skills. Compensation breakdown:--Base salary of $50,000 plus commission bonus after 90 days of employment. Opportunity for a raise in salary after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the development, implementation, and assessment of therapeutic treatment programs for each patient
Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards
--- Provide outpatient mental health treatment using evidence-based practices
--- Maintain paperwork in a timely manner
--- Attend monthly staff meetings
--- See a full-time caseload of at least 25 sessions a week
--- Collaborate with collaterals and the PWC team
--- Communicate effectively with clients and co-workers

Qualifications:

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, are needed
--- Must be independently licensed in MA as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Ph.D., or PsyD
--- Experience doing outpatient therapy preferred
--- Must have experience using evidence-based practices
--- Must be able to work some nights/or weekends
--- Work independently but also be a part of a collaborative team
--- Must be able to understand technology to use the phone and practice management system

We teach clients to be more emotionally savvy, to learn how to communicate effectively, and to manage mental health symptoms using a variety of different strategies.
