This role is provided direction and responsibility for various front office administrative tasks daily and is assigned those responsibilities by the Practice Leader.Schedule: Part-Time - Monday, Tuesday, FridayDuties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure all provider, insurance, and patient accounts are recorded and posted correctly
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments to maximize the provider schedules
• Address patient concerns in a busy practice, in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a positive and professional image, both individually and within the workspace
• Other assigned duties and responsibilities per managementRequired Skills/Abilities:
  • Dentrix experience is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Adhere to OSHA guidelines, HIPAA Privacy Policy, and operating procedure
  • Positively contribute to a respectful and collaborative working environment with coworkers
  • Willingness to advance skills through continuing education opportunities
  • Ability to multitaskEducation and Experience:
    • High School Degree
    • Prior front desk experience in a medical or dental office preferred Physical Requirements
      • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
      • Prolonged periods of standing and bending
