The Innovive Health Difference:Flexible Schedules to fit your lifestyleMileage Reimbursement401k with company matchDaily Pay - voluntary benefit that gives access to earned payEmployee Assistance ProgramOnline CEU credits with HealthStreamRewarding one-on-one careOne-on-one mentoring and 24/7 clinical supportExcellent career growth opportunitiesPer Diem requirements include the following:Participates in a one-week new hire classroom-based clinical orientation programCompletes 5 shadowing shifts with assigned preceptor within a two-week period after the classroom-based orientation programWorks a minimum of two shifts per month starting the first month after new hire orientation has been completedWorks one weekend shift per month based on the needs of the organizationWorks at least one holiday during the calendar year, either one major winter (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year s) or one spring/summer holiday (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, or Labor Day)Completes all documentation and responds to all communication regarding documentation per the agency policyParticipates in per diem staff meetingsCompletes all clinical education requirements and annual competenciesParticipates in OASIS training per the needs of the organizationRequired Education and Experience:Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in good-standing to practice professional nursing in the state of Massachusetts (as required by State regulations)A minimum of 1-year of RN experience.
