Job DescriptionCDR Health Inc., is seeking individuals who are interested in working as a LPN within the state of Massachusetts in the Worcester area. This position is responsible for medical care of patients for our COVID-19 vaccination missions. Responsibilities potentially including but not limited to:

• Recording a patient's medical information accurately
• Prepare materials and assist with administering COVID-19 vaccination
• Travel throughout the MA area for daily vaccination missions
• Back-up relief for all staff positions as needed
• Must have the ability to lift 20lbs. and stand for long periods of time
• Adhere to all company policies and rules
• Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
• Communicate with patient's family or friends to provide advice, comfort and instructions
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc. as needed
• Patient assessment and monitoring, vital signs

  • Must have an active LPN License in good standing
    • Proven experience as LPN for at least 3-5 years
    • Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
    • Working knowledge of health, safety and current COVID infection control standards and procedures and ability to comply
    • Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best practices
    • Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
    • Above average physical condition and stamina
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Compassionate and able to handle stress
    • Excellent observation skills with high attention to detail
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds
    • Must submit to and pass a drug screen, background check
    • Ability to provide Form I-9 documents that shows your identity and eligibility to work in the United States
    • Other duties which may arise that commensurate with the title and position
