Job DescriptionJob Description:The RN Coordinator is responsible
for the planning, implementation, documentation, and tracking of
clinical orientation, training and competency required for clinical
staff. The RN Coordinator takes a leadership role in curriculum and
competency development and keeps abreast of all regulatory
requirements related to quality patient care. The RN Coordinator is
responsible for collaborating with providers, nursing leadership,
senior management, and the Health Disparities Collaborative to
determine training needs and identify sources for course/program
materials. Educational Requirements:Graduate of accredited school
of Nursing required. BSN preferred. Experience Required:Two to five
years of training/curriculum development experience is required. In
addition, five years nursing ambulatory management experience
within a primary health care setting is required. Must be able to
work independently, possess strong organizational and communication
skills. Proven skill in conducting training needs assessment and
developing training programs required. Previous experience with
teaching/training strongly preferred. Presentation skills and
experience required. Professional Licensure/Special Skills and
Certification Required:Licensed as an R.N. by the MA Board of
Registration. BLS required. ASTD or closely related certification a
plus. Interpersonal Relationships/Organizational Expectations:

HIPPA policies and procedures. Supervisory Responsibilities:No
Supervisor responsibilities Reporting Relationship:Reports directly
to the Director of Nursing
