Summary:The Program Clinician is a valued member of leadership in a program for adults with developmental disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) living independently. The program uses evidence based practices such as Positive Behavioral Supports and Charting the Life Course Framework to ensure quality delivery of supports. This position will follow a hybrid work model (in person and remote) to support staff in both Worcester and South Valley service areas.Free Trainings and Clinical Supervision provided on a regular and consistent basis as continuing education is encouraged and valued!!!!Ascentria Care Alliance employees and volunteers take pride in the impact they have on the people they serve. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance the operations of a $120m non-profit social services organization with programs throughout New EnglandEssential Responsibilities:Provide clinical consultation and support to program staff---Provide regular training on clinically related topics for program staff---Oversee clinical service delivery by working with staff and funders that is consistent with goals for individuals served---Attendance and active participation at ISP, RISK, Staff Meetings and Team meeting as needed---Completion of Medication Treatment Plans and Behavior plans for individuals in the programQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field; Masters preferred (added bachelor's and changed masters to preferred)---Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed by ASWB according to education and experience level (LICSW, LCSW, LSW or LSWA) within 6 months of being hired---At least 2 years of experience in community-based treatment required---Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred but not required---Experience working with individuals with dual diagnosis preferred but not required---Demonstrated clinical skills in a strength-based environmentCompany Benefits:MedicalDentalVisionFSA and dependent care accountPTO, Holidays, and Floating HolidaysTuition AssistanceAnd many more!Ascentria Care Alliance celebrates diversity and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
