For more information, visit .Brief Summary of Purpose:Information Management Analyst II is responsible for analyzing and documenting requirements, developing file mapping documents and working with business partners/stakeholders to determine and prioritize requirements. This role works independently and will manage activities related to analysis and support of business data management solutions on medium to large projects and increasing complexity. Information Management Analyst II will be responsible for engaging with project managers, developers, testers, stakeholders and business users to ensure business and data requirements are defined, documented and translated into technical requirements in order for the service delivery teams to build and deliver solutions.Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities:Analyze and understand business and data requirements to develop business solutions, including business requirement, data analysis, business rules, data life-cycle management, metadata and reporting elements.Develop business requirements with an "enterprise-wide" view minimizing custom solutions.Collaborate with the Design and Development Team during technical design, programming, and initial testing phases of projects.Develop high level testing plans, test queries, documents and validates results.Support user testing process to ensure execution of business cases are successfully tested.Implement processes aligned to data information management standards and ensure data quality and requirements are developed.Provide support throughout data lifecycle to resolve data issues and support user community by helping users interpret the data.Identify and/or define knowledge transfer and data expertise activities to support business teams using the information management solutions.Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to data activities for business areas.Evaluate data from various sources and identify patterns and trends to solve complex business cases and provide insights for data-driven decision making.Provide guidance, training, and problem solving assistance to users and other team members.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required.Experience:3 + years of experience with business, data and technical requirements gathering3 + years business and data analysis or related experience.3 + years of experience using Structured Query Languages (SQL, T-SQL, etc.)Healthcare Industry experience preferred.Familiarity with data-intensive applications and business applicability in healthcare preferredUnderstanding of project management methods and best practices.Experience with SDLC principles and practices.Experience gained across software delivery (Business and Data Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Testing, Project Coordination and/or Management).Understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence and relational database concepts and technologies.Experience working directly with business resources in facilitation of business decisions as they relate to technology solutions and plansExperience with data management, organization and dissemination techniquesStrong conceptual and analytical skills.Experience working with data modeling tools preferred.Fallon Health Vaccination Requirements:To protect the health and safety of our workforce, members and communities we serve, Fallon Health now requires all employees to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status.
