Job Description:

The Registered Nursing Monitor (RNM) is responsible for the development, implementation and supervision of all systems involving medication administration for the agency. Hours are primarily in the evening. This includes assisting in overseeing the proficiency and delivery of medical related services for the agency. The RNM will maintain all MAP regulatory requirements for the agency. The RNM will work in conjunction with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure that all MAP site locations are functioning under current State regulatory guidelines. The RNM will assist QA during licensing reviews in the areas of MAP and Medical Training. The RNM is responsible for maintaining the training records for medical related trainings such as MAP, OSHA, First Aid and CPR. The RNM works directly with other leadership in ensuring that all individuals receive appropriate support and care for all health care issues.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Education: BSN/MSN is required

License: Must maintain a current Mass. license as a registered nurse

Experience: A minimum of 2 years with areas of concentration in adult acute care, community nursing and/or rehabilitative nursing, administrative experience

At least five years of nursing experience required. Experience with severe population preferred

Demonstrated experience in managerial duties and systems
