• Patient Census(Inpatient): 1-2 CVICU; 5-6 step down

• Patient Census(Outpatient): 2

• Physician in Group: 1; 5 APPs

• Procedures: EVH, Maquet, Hemopro 1

• Advance Procedures: Arterial lines, Central lines, Chest tubes, Vent mgmt

• Mix Cases: CABG TAVR, Robotic Thoracic

• Surgeries: 3-5 per week

• Rounding included

• EMR: Meditech

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered



Requirements:

• Active MA license

• BC/BE

• BLS & ACLS

• DEA

• Controlled Substance Permit
