Details: Location: Reliant Medical Group, a Part of Optum: 5
Neponset St, Worcester, MA 01606 Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am -
5pm. Specialty: Family Practice Primary Responsibilities:Prepare
examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment & instrumentsRoom
patients, obtain health history and check vital signsDocument
patient care using electronic medical record softwarePerform
phlebotomy, urinalysis and handle patient specimen
samplesAdminister medications and perform
injections/immunizationsAssist providers with minor, in-office
procedures and perform point-of-care testing You'll be rewarded and

you may be interested in Required Qualifications:Medical Assistant
Certification (CMA or RMA) or you must be willing to attain that
certification within 180 days of the start dateProof of immunity to
vaccine-preventable diseases is an employment requirementFull
COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role.
Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses
must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group
will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as
all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of
vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to
ensure compliance. Candidates must be able to perform all essential
job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred
Qualifications:Active medical assistant certification (CMA, CCMA,
NCMA or RMA)CPR certificationExperience working as a Medical
Assistant or EMTExperience with electronic medical record
softwareExperience performing medical back office tasks including
obtaining vital signs, injections/immunizations, phlebotomy,
urinalysis and administering medications To protect the health and
