River Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center - River Terrace is hosting a job fair at our beautiful facility here in Lancaster, MA for prospective employees to join the River Terrace team! -
Full-Time Nurses will earn a $5k sign on bonus if hired & parttime are eligible for $3k! Full-time CNAs will earn a $3k sign on bonus if hired & parttime ar eeligible for $1.5k! Per diem nurses & CNAs welcome to apply.
Raffle for attendees! All attendees will receive a goodie bag, and we will be raffling off one $50 Amazon Gift Card for attendees!

    • Staff Development Coordinator candidates should have experience in a long-term care setting, and/or 2 years of experience in another healthcare setting. -
      
    • Weekend Nurse Supervisor candidates should have experience in a long-term care setting, and/or 1+ years of experience in a supervisory healthcare role.
      
    • Business Office Assistant candidates should have prior experience in HR, employee relations and onboarding policies
